学生 会计

的 学生会计处 coordinates the collection of fees and provides related 学生服务. We process 退款 for classes dropped on refund deadlines and handle distribution of financial aid checks for pick-up. 我们每月出售大学和 学期巴士/电车通行证. • Enrollment fee is $46 per unit which is assessed on all students, including nonresidents.
• 非居民学费为每单元331美元. This fee is in addition to the enrollment and health fees, for students who are 不 residents of California for tuition purposes. Effective Fall 2024, the nonresident tuition will increase to $356/unit.

• Health fee will be $21 per semestter for Fall and Spring and $17 for Summer.

付款方式

All fees must be paid in full by the date indicated under the Finances tab on mySDCCD.

Fees may be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check, money order, cashier's check or students may sign up for a 付款计划 in mySDCCD.  已注销的支票或 credit card statement will serve as a receipt. 

If paying by check, or credit card, students may be administratively dropped if payment is 不 cleared by the bank; however this will 不 relieve the student's financial 对学院的责任. To be eligible for a refund of fees, students must use mySDCCD to either drop all classes or reduce their unit load by the 退款截止日期. 1098 - t税

的 1098-T tax form is a Tuition Statement provided by higher education institutions to all eligible students who pay enrollment fees (including non-resident tuition) 在日历年内. 的 1098T form may be used by students or parents to claim the American Opportunity Tax Credit or Lifetime Learning Credit on their federal income 纳税申报表.

• • Mesa students who are enrolled and paid for a minimum of 7 units and have no other financial 持有 are eligible for discounted* 公共汽车 and 电车经过, good for unlimited 交通出行! Transit passes are available for purchase at the Mesa 学生会计 Office by contacting us via phone call for a virtual PRONTO card or at our 会计 Office during our office hours for the physical PRONTO card. 每位学生只能通过一次.

金融援助 Checks will be issued if there are any remaining aid available after all applicable outstanding charges, overdue fees or overpayments have been applied. 请参考 财政援助网站 查询付款日期.

If you requested your 金融援助 check to be mailed, please verify your mailing 地址是正确的 mySDCCD门户 每周三中午十二时前. This is to ensure your check is sent to the proper address.
