梅萨的味道 is the annual premier cooking-show style fundraiser benefiting the Culinary Arts Management Program.
梅萨的味道 features internationally-inspired cuisine and cook-off competitions between alumni, students and an advanced baking team.
Culinary Arts / Culinary Management Program
学生s in Culinary Arts/Culinary Management enjoy practical hands-on approach to innovative methods and classical techniques, as well as numerous cuisines. 一个严格的 training program combines both laboratory and general education coursework, in addition to business courses including supervision and cost control. Graduates of the program are well-prepared, with nearly 100% finding jobs within the industry. 很多人都走了 on to be successful chefs, managers, caterers and owners.
